By purchasing from Upper Castle Tallow Co. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

Subscription Terms

By completing your purchase, you agree to our Subscription Terms, including a minimum of three (3) billing cycles before cancellation. Subscription orders that have been processed and fulfilled are non‑refundable. Early cancellation requests may be reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis and approved only at the sole discretion of Upper Castle Tallow Co. Minimum Commitment Period

All subscriptions require a minimum of 3 billing cycles before cancellation is permitted. By subscribing, you agree to be billed for at least 3 orders at the selected billing frequency (e.g., monthly, bi-monthly).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests submitted before the completion of 3 billing cycles will not be honored except at our sole discretion. To request an early cancellation under exceptional circumstances, please contact us at hello@uppercastletallowco.com. We reserve the right to deny early cancellation requests.

Non-Refundable Subscription Orders

All subscription orders that have already been processed and fulfilled are non-refundable. This includes orders processed during the minimum 3-cycle commitment period. Refunds will not be issued for subscription orders already shipped.

Subscription Discounts

Subscription pricing and discounts are offered in exchange for your commitment to the minimum billing cycle requirement. If a subscription is canceled before completing the minimum 3 billing cycles, we reserve the right to charge the difference between the subscription price and the standard retail price for orders already fulfilled.

How to Cancel (After Minimum Cycles)

After completing your minimum 3 billing cycles, you may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your customer account and managing your subscription, or by contacting us at hello@uppercastletallowco.com at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.
